Elias MWESIGYE

Founder & Managing Director (MD)

Qualifications:

Masters in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation
BSc in Professional Police Studies
Level 3 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management from CMI
Certified Navigator of Fast Patrol Boats (RIB)

Experience: Served as Commander of the Rwanda National Police Marine Unit for six years. Was responsible for unit leadership , capacity building, operational planning, law enforcement, and inter-agency collaboration. Also experienced in working with national institutions, regional organizations, and international partners in the maritime industry. Enjoys a vast network of key international trainers and experts in maritime sector

Capt. Frank NTAMBARA

Member

Qualifications: Merchant Navy Officer (Officer in charge of a Navigational Watch Class 3), Certified port operations manager

Experience: 6 years working on foreign going vessels (worldwide routes as a merchant navy officer, 4 years as head of navigation department at Afrinest engineering, worked with trade mark Africa in partnership with government of Rwanda to local boat operators, RNP Officers and waterborne officer on basic marine safety training.)

Maritime Consultant/Trainer

Qualifications: Advanced Dipl. In Maritime Transport, Merchant Navy Officer (Officer in charge of a Navigational Watch Class 3)

Experience: 7 years - working with Diamond Shipping Company, 12 year working with Dar es Salaam Maritime Institute in Tanzania as a Trainer and Consultant.
